▼ なぜ通じない！？
まず、call〜で「〜に電話する」です。
call to〜は「〜に呼びかける」という意味で誤訳のようになります。
次にanswer the phone/a phone callは「電話を受ける/電話が鳴る」という着信を表し、誤英語は「電話が鳴らなかった」となります。
「電話にでる」はanswer the phoneにします。
